Every All-on-4® implant supported denture is custom-made for a comfortable fit and a natural appearance. By positioning two titanium posts in the front portion of the mouth and placing two more implants at an angle posteriorly, each All-on-4® denture can be securely fastened into place. This modified technique is commonly called “All-on-6” to account for the total number of implants used.
